  • No. You can purchase washes anytime, anywhere and they are yours to use whenever you would like.

  • No. Your free account allows you access to all areas of the site.

  • Yes. Once you enter your card details, the data is secured by tokenization. From this point on, none of your sensitive data is ever held on the site.

  • Click the ‘Shop’ button on the home screen or menu to review the washes we have available at our locations. Tap ‘Add to Cart’ or ‘Buy Now’.

  • ‘Buy as a Gift’ allows you to send a single wash or bundle to someone else.
    ‘Add to Cart’ adds the item to your cart and allows you to keep shopping in the site.

  • Your purchase should be sent to the email account you registered on the site. The email will contain a QR code for your purchase. Scan the QR code at our location(s) to redeem your wash.

  • Click on your name in the top menu of the site, at the bottom of your profile page is a list of purchases made within your account.

  • Find the wash or bundle you want to gift. Tap ‘Buy as a Gift’. Type the recipient’s contact information, and then ‘Add Gift to Cart’. The gift will be emailed to them. Be sure to enter in the recipient's email address correctly so they’ll receive it.

  • A copy of the gift is automatically sent to the email address you have registered with your account. You can forward this to the recipient.

  • No. Only washes and bundles can be sent as gifts.

  • No, users cannot update this information. Please contact us if you need to update your email address or birthdate.

  • Bundles typically do not have an expiration date, in special circumstances if an expiration date has been set, it will be clearly listed with the description of the bundle.

  • Please press "Codes" on the kiosk and enter the 9 digit code under the QR instead. Some phone screens may have difficulty scanning.
